For all Provo Craft products, we will replace items that arrive damaged. As a Cricut Authorized dealer items purchased through us are fully covered by the manufacturer warranty through Provo Craft, warranty questions can be answered by calling 1-877-7cricut. A restocking fee of up to 20% + the cost of the original shipping is applied to all returned merchandise not related to damage, or warranty, and buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
