Please note only the purchase price (minus 15% restocking fee) is refundable. Both the original and return S & H costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. In order to be eligible for a refund, the buyer MUST notify us via an email within 72 hours of receipt of the merchandise detailing the problems and the reason why the merchandise is being returned. All returned merchandise must be in its original factory condition including packaging and all packaging materials.
