Better-Networks is a growing business dedicated to internet
sales of the latest products in scrapbooking and crafts. Our goal is to
provide good value and competitive pricing on top products for
scrapbooking, card making, and related craft items. Occasionally we find
unique products that we feel that our customers will also find
interesting. We are located in Utah which gives us prime access to

Our goal is to provide fair and timely customer support. If
you are unhappy with a product for any reason please contact us so we
can arrange for a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
We are in business to stay in business and will work with our

Please note, we do have a grace period of 14 days to make corrections

For all Provo Craft and Silhouette products, we will
replace items that arrive damaged. As an authorized dealer for the
manufacturers, items purchased through us are fully covered by the
manufacturer warranty through Provo Craft, Silhouette America and
others whom we represent. Warranty questions can be answered by email
or calling 1-877-783-1930. A restocking fee of up to 15% + the cost
of the original shipping is applied to all returned merchandise not
related to damage, or warranty, and buyer is responsible for any return
shipping costs. Only new unopened items can be returned, Cricut and
other software is non returnable.

In addition to our retail business, we are a wholesaler for scrapbook adhesives, machines and tools.
We offer scrapbook supplies for large quantity buyers and
scrapbook stores at a very affordable price. Retail accounts are

Minimum wholesale order for adhesives and paper products is $300.00
Minimum wholesale order for everything else is $500.00

Shipping:
We only ship to your address on Paypal/Google or your
credit card record. Your purchase will be shipped faster when you use
PayPal with confirmed shipping address. We ship USPS priority, Parcel
and FedEx Ground. Item(s) are shipped within 2 business days of receipt

DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION
Better-Networks processes orders within 2 business
day of receiving payment. We ship Domestically via US Postal Service
and FedEx.
ECONOMY SHIPPING via FedEx Smart Post typical delivery time is 3-10
business days. (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.)
STANDARD SHIPPING via USPS First Class Mail or FedEx Ground typical
delivery time is 2-5 business days. (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto
Rico.)
EXPEDITED SHIPPING via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx 2 day (depending on
weight of package) typical delivery is 2-4 business days. (Excluding
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.)
All of our shipping services include delivery confirmation, therefore
when your packaging label is processed within our facility, you will
receive e-mail communication. It will include your tracking number
which can be used 24-48 hours after receipt of e-mail for tracking
purposes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship Internationally via US Postal Service
(Economy, Standard, and Priority Mail options) and also FedEx International (International Economy Service).
Economy Shipping typical delivery between 14-28 business days.
Standard Shipping typical delivery between 7-14 business days.
Expedited Shipping typical delivery within 7-10 business days.
Custom delays do happen throughout the year and especially around
holidays. Better Networks and Neptune Enterprise has no knowledge of how long a package will
take to process through customs, please plan your purchase accordingly
with enough time for a potential delay in customs.
For international transactions, we are not allowed to collect tariffs,
duties, or customs fees which are specific to your country. (Buyers are
responsible for paying ANY ADDITIONAL fees as required your country.)
We are not able to mark an item as a gift on a customs form, as a way to
avoid certain duties, tariffs, or customs fees. U.S. law prohibits
submitting false or misleading customs information.
